ShutDown your Windows 8 pc with Shortcut.

Launch the desktop app, right-click on the desktop and select New > Shortcut.

1). Enter the below command to Shut down your PC (Shown in Fig)

      shutdown.exe -s -t 00

2). Enter the below command to Hibernate your PC (Shown in Fig)

      shutdown.exe -h -t 00

 Now click Next.

Now choose a shortcut name - 'Hibernate' or ‘Shutdown’ - and click Finish. A shortcut is obtained on Desktop.

 Just double click on it.
